An apartment landlord is the son of a Nazi surgeon and his building has hidden passageways which he uses to spy on his tenants. Klaus Kinski is deliciously creepy as the landlord who is also addicted to death. Solid suspense and some elaborate Saw-like contraptions. Decent, but not spectacular.

A young man with a blood disorder and his skin is sensitive to sunlight doesn’t realize he’s a vampire because the script requires him not to know. This isn’t terrible; it’s just nothing we haven’t seen before. Netflix figured I’d give this movie higher than 4 stars. Nope.
A young couple buys a new home and they find that the previous owners have left a strange doll behind. This pretty much plays like a Child’s Play/Annabelle hybrid, but not a good one. Many failed jump scares fill 90 wasted minutes. Go ahead and give it a miss.
