A hostage situation quickly turns into a fight for survival as everyone must band together to fight a dangerous parasite that is looking for new hosts. Nice, simple story. Parasite shows up and you just go with it. Impressive makeup and special effects. The final creature is a work of art. Gratuitous blood and then some. Very cool movie.
