This movie has ’80s camp written all over it and it’s awesome. Sharp script full of laughs and scares. The underrated Chris Sarandon appears to be having a blast and the late, great Roddy McDowall is a hoot as the veteran “vampire killer”. Great nostalgic ’80s fun.

I like ridiculous action, but this took it to another level and then went way too far over the top. I know I’m in the minority on this, but I will have to do a full review with spoilers to tear this movie apart.
Don’t get me started on how much I hate this movie. How did this movie beat out both Pulp Fiction and The Shawshank Redemption for Best Picture at the Academy Awards?
